OLGA uses Golf Genius for round signups. Use this overview to understand the email sign up process. Verify your signup status using these instructions.
| Round Signup Step | Overview |
| Round Signup Window | The signup timeframe is a 2 week window. Signups open at 4pm on Tuesday after play for the round 2 weeks from that date. Signups close Friday noon before the respective round (3 days before the game). |
| Round Signup Email Invitation | Each week, you will receive an email invitation from Golf Genius to sign up for a specific golf round. Select Playing or Not Playing and your desired playing time (morning or afternoon) in the email in order to record your response. |
| Email Confirmation | Email confirmation will come from Golf Genius. This email confirmation will also allow you to unregister for that game. |
| Cancel prior to Friday noon | Use your Golf Genius email confirmation to unregister from the round prior to Friday at noon. |
| Late Add and Cancellation | No change to existing process for cancels after Friday noon. Add, Cancel, No Show Details |
Round Signup and Cancellation can also be done using the Golf Genius mobile app using GGID OLGAZZ.
