| Between Friday noon and Monday noon | Call the OLGA add/cancel line (480-317-3650 ext. 2). Leave your name, phone number and the date to be cancelled |
| After Monday noon | Call the Pro Shop (480-895-1159 ext. 7). There is a $3 cancellation fee for cancels after Monday noon. |
There is a $5 no show fee to be paid within one week in order to play the next week.

If it’s possible to add you into the round without disrupting the existing pairings, the tournament chair will notify you Monday afternoon/evening. Late adds are limited to 3 times per year. No walk-ons day of play.
